They taste great for him (I am guilty of liking them too much myself...). Highly recommend this product. They come in big bags so I had to divide them in smaller plastic bags to ship them overseas, but this does not bother me. The bears are a bit pricey but the quality and flavors make them totally worth it.

My mom was (and still is) a major health foodie, and my sister and I basically grew up at the local health food store ("Living Foods" in San Anselmo, which eventually became "Wild Oats"). If we were good, mom would buy us these wonderful seaweed candies and we ate them up crazy fast. The wrappers were made of seaweed and edible as well, and melted in your mouth... mmm! I haven't had these since I was little and I really hope Amazon gets them in stock soon because I haven't been able to find them anywhere locally (that health food store closed down many years ago after Whole Foods moved into the area and took over the market). The delicate flavor and fun texture of these candies is totally addictive! And best of all, they're good for you too :-).

It tastes just as good, if not better than Reeses (note: I have been obsessed with Reeses since I was roughly 4 or 5 years old). Only 190 calories, opposed to 260 with Reeses, and it doesn't leave you feeling bloated and thirsty, since they have NO sodium. A less guilty way to indulge in chocolate and peanut butter.

(More customer reviews)I've always loved chocolate covered nuts, but hey, who doesn't? Of course, most of them are covered in a low quality milk chocolate with little zing of flair. When it comes to a subtle, but insanely delicious nut like the macademia nut, you need to go the extra mile. Tom and Sally's start with moderately sized whole macademias and smother them in a light and airy, almost puffy, dark chocolate shell. The hint of sea salt is a perfect balance to bring out the flavors in the chocolate and the macademia nut.
The consistency is entirely ethereal and it will break up in your mouth so easily you will doubt there is a whole macademia in the middle. Texture wise, it could be a bit smoother with the chocolate, but that is the only fault. The flavors are good enough to finish a 4 oz. box in one go, but I manage to restrain myself to the 4 nut serving size, which weighs in under 200 calories with all the fat you'd expect from a chocolate covered nut. At least most of the fat is 'good fat.' They're also a little messy, as the chocolate is not a solid ganache.

(More customer reviews)Delicious little bears! Nutrition information and ingredient list both check out pretty good. Seems like the flavors are cherry, strawberry, orange, and lemon. There are two red flavors that are definitely different (cherry and strawberry?). No mistaking the orange and lemon. There are whitish ones whose flavor I have yet to identify. These sweets are probably best described as jelly bean centers shaped like bears and coated in a little dried, granulated sweet product that's not labeled as sugar. I've tried Annie's and Yummy Earth in addition to these. All are good, even though these aren't gummy bears. Given a choice of the three, I would pick these. These are about two dollars per 2.75 ounce bag at my local store, making Amazon's price good by comparison, if only I actually needed 12 bags of these at a time.

They taste fabulous, not overwhelmingly sugary like regular candies. There is an excellent balance of sweet, fruit, gummy texture/mouth feel that makes you feel like you are really treating yourself! They taste more natural and such. The gummy swirls are these delicious candies shaped like DOTS gummy candy. They are coloured swirls with a textured coating. These are firmer than regular gelatin candy but chew quite nicely. Super yummy!
The gummy bears and worms may provide a more similar gelatin candy mouth feel but I haven't tried them. They look like regular gelatin candy while these look different. ***The gummy worms (and probably regular bears) are NOT vegan.
The sour gummy bears are vegan. These are really good, too. Highly recommended! Remember to check the back of the package.
I was hesitant that non-gelatin candy could adequately replace gelatin candy but it absolutely impressed me!
There are two servings per bag at 120 calories each. All in all, if you eat the whole bag, it's not super bad. Since they are vegan, you avoid all the potentially bad things in regular candy.
For those making the challenging transition from using animal-based products and other non-organic, paraben, SLS laced products, this really helps you feel like you are missing nothing at all. If anything you feel better knowing what you aren't putting in your body!
Each small step you take adds up and makes a difference. The totality of each informed and conscious purchase you make for your food, skin and body is worth it and feels good. Eventually you won't believe how easy it is to live this way and how much you can still have! The process of finding products is daunting at first but it truly does get easier!
