The dark chocolate is not overwhelming or too strong, and it makes for a very good and different flavor combination with the peanut butter.

The cookie part isn't as flaky and more substantial in a good way and the filling is perfectly chewy and flavorful. I ate a package of them over 3 days (a row each night) because they're so delicious. I definitely recommend these.

It tastes just as good, if not better than Reeses (note: I have been obsessed with Reeses since I was roughly 4 or 5 years old). Only 190 calories, opposed to 260 with Reeses, and it doesn't leave you feeling bloated and thirsty, since they have NO sodium. A less guilty way to indulge in chocolate and peanut butter.

(More customer reviews)I'd been reading about this product in magazines for almost a year, and couldn't wait to try it. I finally got to and it did not disappoint. Pomegranate is not an easy flavor to capture and somehow they were able to. I have tried all the NEWMAN'S OWN ORGANICS licorices and this was the hardest in terms of chewing, but it was not overly hard. I have had some that I know would put any dental work at risk, and this is a good option if you like slighly harder licorice but still want something that is chewy. Not too sweet, but good if you need a candy fix. And of course, it's got all natural ingredients, so you can get your candy fix as I have been doing without feeling in the least bit guilty!
