My mom was (and still is) a major health foodie, and my sister and I basically grew up at the local health food store ("Living Foods" in San Anselmo, which eventually became "Wild Oats"). If we were good, mom would buy us these wonderful seaweed candies and we ate them up crazy fast. The wrappers were made of seaweed and edible as well, and melted in your mouth... mmm! I haven't had these since I was little and I really hope Amazon gets them in stock soon because I haven't been able to find them anywhere locally (that health food store closed down many years ago after Whole Foods moved into the area and took over the market). The delicate flavor and fun texture of these candies is totally addictive! And best of all, they're good for you too :-).
