(More customer reviews)I usually get these at Dylan's Candy Bar, but it's too expensive for a small bag. I think around twelve dollars or so a pound? These are at a great price here on Amazon. These are also really difficult to find. Usually you find the strawberry ones, but not the strawberry banana ones (which is the best fruit combination ever). They arrive in a big plastic bag in a cardboard box. I put the belts into several ziploc bags so they wouldn't get hard and they lasted a very long time. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm tempted to ordering more but they're so bad for you. But they're so good! Oh, the dilemma! Who am I kidding? I think I'll order some right now!

Warheads candies are an extremely sour candy also known as mega warheads. They are available in 5 sour flavors. Buy them in a 240 count tub, a 12 count box or in bite size tubes. Eat them one at a time or if you are brave enough put a hand full in your mouth either way they will make you pucker up. Warheads derive their strong sour flavor from a combination of malic acid, ascorbic acid, and citric acid. These are applied as a coating to the outside of the small, hard candies. The intense sour flavor fades after about 20 to 50 seconds. Warheads are marketed to children as an "extreme" candy. The name "Warhead" comes from the notion that the sour taste of the candies is akin to a real warhead going off in one's mouth.

Sour Punch Sour Punch Bits Strawberry-Watermelon, 3.5-Ounce Theater Boxes (Pack of 12) Review

(More customer reviews)I love sweet and sour candies, so I decided to give these a try. My initial impression is that they don't put a lot of the candy in each box, but I guess that's pretty typical. The candies look good but were pretty stuck together in the bag. No biggie. When I first tried these, my thoughts were that the candy has a nice little sour taste to them when you first put them in your mouth, then the sour goes away pretty fast (within 5 seconds or so). I would have preferred that they have more sourness to them, but that's ok. The flavor is good and is a nice mix between strawberry and watermelon. The texture is more spongy or chewy than a candy like Sour Punch Kids. These "Bits" are not gummy like those.
Overall, I like the taste, wish there was more sour, and the texture is pretty good. Not my favorite but definitely still good!

(More customer reviews)These suckers are great! I think you get a good amount for the price, especially since they are organic, which usually leads to higher cost. I was a little worried once I actually saw them because they seem small, like they may have a short "life span;" however, I was surprised to find that they actually hold up for quite awhile. They are sour, but not quite as sour as Sour Patch Kids. They taste good and don't leave that grimy need-to-brush-your-teeth feeling in your mouth that other sugary candies sometimes do. This is a good product for a good price.

It's not hard to go through all five in the sleeve fairly quickly. The initial first few seconds of each gumball is not for those who are not fans of ultra-sour.
The box arrived in good condition and quickly. I won't hesitate to order another box when my current supply runs low.
