(More customer reviews)Sweet and Sara is one of my favorite makers of vegan treats. Their vegan marshmallows are amazing--soft, sweet (but not overly sweet), a sort of creamy taste--just delicious. I don't know what chocolate they use for these, but it is creamy and melty (in your your mouth). Add in some almonds and you have Sweet and Sara Rocky Road Bark. My entire family (vegans and non-vegans) love these. I bought some for Thanksgiving and then again for Christmas this year, and they didn't last long. These are the best vegan chocolate combined with the best vegan marshmallows and yummy almonds. Simply heavenly and delicious. Note: The first time I bought these, I ordered directly from Sweet and Sara online. Ordering was easy and the order arrived quickly. The second time I ordered from Pangea through Amazon with the same result. These are yummy whichever way they arrive at my house.

(More customer reviews)So last week my lovely and pregnant wife was eating a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal and made some comment in passing about how she wished she could have a bowl of just the marshmallows. I quickly did a search and somebody suggested I check Amazon.com for "Dehydrated Marshmallows". A few minutes later I found and ordered these. Three days later a box arrived via USPS. I told my wife it was a gift for her. She absolutely LOVES them. I have scored "a months worth of brownie points". They are exactly what she was hoping for. I will be reordering as soon as she uses up this supply. Very highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)I've tried many different "gourmet marshmallows", and these are my favorite. I've tried the raspberry, vanilla, butterscotch, orange, coconut pineapple, and have yet to try the dark chocolate. Though all are good (I've found the fruit flavors to be a little more tart than I like), I think the vanilla are the best. I mostly use them in hot chocolate, although I usually have to eat one plain while I wait the for hot chocolate to warm up. I especially like how generously sized they are: perfect for either a mouthful, or a cup of hot chocolate. Definitely recommended!

Handmade Raspberry Marshmallows Review

Yes, they are, but these delicious treats take the concept to a new level. Laura's handmade marshmallows bear almost no resemblance to the dense, sticky, flavorless mass-produced lumps sold by the bag in grocery stores.
I'm not sure how I can adequately describe the experience of eating one of these divine creations. The texture - on a spectrum from store-bought marshmallows (0) to meringue (10), is a 7 - light, fluffy, but with a enough structure that they don't *quite* evaporate in your mouth.
The flavor was perfect - sweet without the cloying stickiness of a Sta-Puff, and just the right amount of the distinctive sweet-tartness of raspberries (and a couple of seeds as well - no artificial flavorings here).
My only regret is that after I'd devoured the last of these gems, I realized I'd neglected to save one for roasting - I guess I'll have to get some more!
