Since 1990 RITTER SPORT White Whole Hazelnuts has provided our colorful assortment with a dash of white elegance. And because it is something so special, we make it for with West African cocoa beans and, as an exception, we do not use any delicious cocoa mass but instead we spoil the chocolate mass with a 27% portion of the finest cocoa butter. And on top of all that there is also excellent milk powder and a pinch of vanilla. In this way our RITTER SPORT White Whole Hazelnuts becomes a chocolate that can wear its name with pride. What else is in it? Above all, a lot of handwork: The Turkish hazelnuts are individually selected and sorted; because only nuts with an 11-13mm diameter have the right bite for our whole-hazelnut-creations. And so that you really have something to chew on, a handful of crispy rice also goes into our White Whole Hazelnuts.

My husband will maybe have one every other month, while I devour a whole box. :P The thing that bugs me the most is the trouble you go through to find these kind of treats in the US. Thank goodness for Amazon. I just love these chocolates. It's the right kind of balance between sweet cherry liqueur and dark chocolate. And the cherry in the middle is absolutely divine. This is a guilty pleasure you shouldn't deny yourself.

It exists as a way to sweeten Teas (and other beverages) without having a strong effect on the flavor itself. I am primarily a Fruit-based Tea Drinker, and its fantastic for sweetening a batch of Tea, Iced or hot, and has no trouble being turned into a simple syrup for later application. It is indeed on the pricey side, but its well worth it for what it brings to the drink. A fine product, through and through.

(More customer reviews)The Schladerer Fruit Brandies chocolates are much MUCH better than anything labelled "Very Special Chocolates". These fruit brandy candies taste like they are made with high quality chocolate while many of the other bottle-shaped candies taste waxy and low-quality.
The fruit brandy fillings are nice, and while very sweet they do not seem overly sweet for the candy balance of flavors. Of course the fillings are not very fruity but you definately get a little whiff of liquor when you bite into one (nice!)
On my personal review scale of liquor-filled chocolates:
The "Very Special" ones are terrible and not worth the time and money (or the calories)
The Schladerer are lovely and made with high quality chocolate, a winner
The Ausbach brandy chocolates are the best I have ever tried, with even nicer (darker) chocolate and a stronger whiff of liquor in the filling

(More customer reviews)This is one of my favorite chocolate from Kinder Bueno. It use to be my top favorite, but there is also the Happy Hippo from Kinder which is so very good. Also a must try.
Kinder Bueno: each stick has four chambers, the outside is a wafer type material, while the inside is filled with hazelnut chocolate. There are 2 sticks per package. It is addictive. Some people say that one stick is enough. But there are days when I can eat 3 or 4 of them.
I absolutely love hazelnut chocolate. When I'm dieting, this is one of the few chocolates that I would eat.. since I believe in saving calories for the best.

(More customer reviews)This is quite possibly one of the best chocolate you can buy. As a Ritter Sport fan I have to say the butter biscuit ("Butterkeks")edition is simply unbelievably good.
TIP: put this in the fridge (in the butter section of your fridge, not too cold please!).
You will absolutely DIE with pleasure eating this.
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
Remember, the way you open any Ritter Sport is to break it in the middle. If you do it right the package will open properly in the middle of the back of the package. Enjoy!
PS: I'm a guy. I usually don't get that excited about anything. So this should tell ya something...

Hanuta are small squares of crisp wafers, with chocolate cream and hazelnut pieces in between.
Think hardened Nutella with chunks of hazelnuts in between two tasty, crispy vanilla flavored wafers.
You could put those in the fridge and that makes these even better IMHO.
