They are a softer fruit bar than the Clif Kids twists, and much better flavored. The PLUS bars have 2-1/2 servings of fruit and vegetable, the fruit is 2 servings. Either way, it is a great alternative to candy bars and who can't use more fiber? I was hoping Amazon would have them on their autoship program--maybe some day. No disappointments with flavor. Hope you can give them a try.
