Created in 1954 when Ferrara Pan decided to introduce a spicy candy to the market. At the time Ferrara production was limited to 200 cases per day. Within three weeks of its launch, orders for Atomic Fireballs were rolling in at the rate of 50,000 cases per day! Approximately 21 pieces per bag.

(More customer reviews)Lemonheads are so good and sour. I love these. You get these in very cool, very collectible, plastic containers. The lids are easy to pop off and on, but they stay in place. The containers are air and water tight. I got mine as a one pack from a store a long time ago, and I'm glad to see that these are for sale in a two pack. Keep one, give one to a friend. What a good price. I keep my empty container for my taco bell fire sauce packets.. But I'm sure there are more interesting uses for it. Maybe buy more lemonheads?

Boulder Jawbreaker Candy, 1 Jawbreaker, 2 oz Review

(More customer reviews)I've always been a Jawbreaker fan and over the years I've had my share of humungous Jawbreakers. To be honest I'm eating the half of a Giant Jawbreaker as I type this. I found a little candy machine at the mall that had them for 50 cents and I had to get me one. Now getting that thing in my mouth is always a challenge but I grabbed my husbands hammer and gave it a good whack. I just love how I have to go through every tool in my husband toolbox to find what'll crack this thing into piece. I've actually broken several of his phillips screw drivers in attempt to break it. Kinda reminds me of that one cartoon where a squirrel thought a Coconut was a nut and he attempt everything to crack it open. Threw it off a building, sledge hammer, even those jack hammers and not a single crack. Well, these Jawbreakers are about the same way. I got this one to break in half but getting a chizzle and a hammer. I whacked it enough to find a weak point and with one giant whack I got it to break in two pieces. Jawbreakers are the best candy EVER !!! I love them to pieces. (^U^)

(More customer reviews)All AFB's are not made the same. I've encountered one every now and then I actually have to take out of my mouth, but most of them I can take it.
They are hard on teeth if you are going to bite, so don't bite.
Great for those who want a treat that takes awhile, and some bold flavor. If you like red hots I think you'll like these, but the hot ones are hotter. So, do I get some more AFB's for recommending them?

I buy a bag each week for people a t work. Some people just live on these animals. Others just see how long they can suck on them before changing to the other side of the mouth. It looks like people are going around with fat jaws. When the red coating wears off it seems that they just get hotter. And you can hear the tell tale sound of people crunching to get it over with. Then they come back for more.
