(More customer reviews)I'm enjoying using this set of "exotic" extracts. They all have good flavor and enhance the baked goods I've used them in. The rose extract is particularly delightful. I've used it in candies, gelatin desserts and cakes and everyone has loved it. I have not had call to use the star anise yet but the others have all been very good Like most ginger extracts this one has a slightly odd smell in the bottle but that is not evident when used. the chocolate extract has a pretty True flavor and intensifies the flavor of chocolate chip cookies a lot.

(More customer reviews)I've ordered this twice and have found it to be excellent. I use it to flavor plain, nonfat yogurt and smoothies. The flavor is very banana-y and smooth without any bitterness. It came packaged very well with each bottle bubble-wrapped and in their own plastic bag. I'd definitely order this again.
