The serving size is 3 pc., which contains 38g. of carbohydrates, most of it in a form of malitol syrup and malitol. Malitol syrup has a glycemic index of 52, malitol in powdered form GI=32, and regular sugar is 60. It will raise a blood sugar levels, especially if you are diabetic.
