(More customer reviews)I lived in Vermont and New England for years, so I had easy access to excellent maple syrup. No longer living in Vermont, I ordered this syrup hoping for the best, but not certain of receiving the quality syrup I'd been used to.
This one is top-notch. Thick enough to soak into those waffle squares and with a perfect maple syrup flavor. In addition, the price at Amazon is so much less than you'd pay to buy this quality syrup from a Vermont roadside stand.
I use maple syrup in the traditional pancake/french toast/waffle way but I also use it as a sweetener for soaps, stews, and other entrees. It's not so sweet that it interferes with the flavor; it just enhances it.
I don't think you can beat the quality or the price for this maple syrup.
