(More customer reviews)I was impressed with almost all the items in this holiday sampler, and a wonderful price here on amazon. Each confection is very rich and sweet, tasting of quality ingredients, so you only need to enjoy one to really feel satisfied. Another bonus is that each item comes individually wrapped for freshness and ease of travel if tucking into a lunchbag for a mid-day treat. I took one star off because the pretzels were a bit stale, and at 170 calories each, we did not waste the calories eating them off their peak.
Bonus: The boxes the treats come in are very nice and reusable, they are sturdy with a linen like texture.

(More customer reviews)I was looking all over the internet for the white peach hi-chew and found it on Amazon! These are very flavorful. A bit expensive, but for me it was worth to at least try. Now, I need to look for Morinaga Cocoa caramels...can't find these anywhere!!!
Could you guys restock on your exotic hi-chews if possible? I really want to try the rubyred grapefruit. Also, if Morinaga still sells the cocoa caramels, could you get a hold of them?

Hi-chews are a soft and chewy candy from Japan. It has a similar texture to bubblegum but it never loses it's flavor. You get the same great taste in every chew until it melts in your mouth. A wonderfully delicious treat for everyone. Each pack contains 12 individually wrapped pieces. Total 12 packs per value pack. To answer the questions from our customers: our products are the original Hi chew candy, made in Japan. They are full size of 2.0 Oz. The versions with English name are made in other countries under the license. They are smaller, only 1.76 Oz per packs.

(More customer reviews)This is one of my favorite candy items, and one I think is well purchased by anyone with a sweet tooth, any gum lover, or any one looking for a taste of the orient. Three of the flavors in the package: Peach, Mixed Fruit, and Green Apple are in a `brick' form. They are about 1 in X ½ in and are very soft and easy to chew. The remaining four flavors: Orange, Strawberry, Grape, and Melon all come in small boxes that contain four gumballs each.
Each flavor is powerful without being overpowering. They have a smooth, almost creamy texture when chewed, and blow nice big bubbles. Also, they're not overly sweet, or grainy with sugar. My teeth are often sensitive if gum is too sugary, yet these offer no obstacles, only mouth appeal.
I highly recommend this gum!

It was a big hit and immediately brought with it reactions of, "look at this one" and "I'd forgot about them".One thing that shouldn't be forgotten is that after all the trips down memory lane, you actually get to eat the candy.
My strongest reaction to the box when it arrived was shock over its size and weight. It is huge. I expected to pay 15 dollars for the candy and 15 dollars for novelty. But I honestly think it has close to $30 worth of candy in it, if not more. Usually, when items are created to tug on the sentimentality of buyers, something is lost in the actual product. That isn't the case here. It is both an exciting gift and a practical one.
