Spry caught my eye because of the xylitol so I first tried a multi-flavor sampler pack. That did not disappoint and I've just recently finished off my 600pc Spry Fresh Fruit container. I wasn't a big fan of the other flavors, but that's okay because this one is good enough to keep me chewing happily for another year or more.

This product is sweetened with Xylitol instead of sugar. Xylitol is made from a naturally occurring sugar called xylose, which is derived primarily from corncobs and birch trees. It is metabolized without insulin so it creates a significantly lower glycemic effect when eaten. Xylitol has a glycemic index of only 7 per 25-gram test portion.
