As a kid I remember unwrapping them and stealing a few as my mom would be baking. :) I love making many of these recipes today and have found it difficult to get my hands on Kraft Caramels. It's bizarre that they have become a rarity in our area, because they are definitely the best on the market to eat as-is and use in cooking. They melt nice and creamy but they also harden back to a perfect consistency when cooled.
I was very excited to find them on Amazon and for such a great price. I'm sure over time I'll end up using all 12 bags, that is if I don't end up sharing my fortune with friends. :D I definitely recommend this product to all great cooks and sweet-caramel-tooth out there!!
