After contacting the company after hours, I received a phone call and email the next business day. They explained the error and quickly corrected the mistake. Everyone involved was professional and followed thru on everything that was stated. The customer service is outstanding- and although I had a glitch with my order - I would highly recommend ordering any of their products.
