(More customer reviews)I lived in Italy for several years and ate Pocket Coffee like it was going out of style.
Initially I was happy to find it on here - until I saw the SHIPPING FEES for Parthenon Foods.
One word = OUTRAGEOUS.
They expect me to spend $10 for the 18pk then almost another $10 for shipping - forget it.
With those shipping fees you would think the product ships from overseas - but they are located
in Milwaukee.
Sorry - I am not paying that kind of shipping - especially when the fee increases when you buy more product.

225g, 18 pieces of Pocket Coffee with real Italian espresso coffee inside and covered in a chocolate praline. This candy starts out with a caramelized sugar pocket for a sweet espresso liquid. The caramelized sugar is coated with European milk chocolate. The manufacturer (Fererro) claims that eating three pieces is equivalent to a shot of espresso, and you will admit it.

(More customer reviews)First became acquainted with these in Italy. They sold them at the "Auto Grills" at rest stops along the "Autostrada" (their version of the turnpikes here in the States). When we got back, found out that I could order them through Amazon. I like to order them by the case as they are only available during the Fall and Winter months.
Love the unique blend of expresso coffee and dark chocolate. The chocolate surounds a liquid center of expresso, which when you bite into it blends with the chocolate to make a wonderful mocha taste. Have found nothing here in the states which comes even close to this. would give it 10 stars if I could. A great product, and a great value in this packaging. (If you want to give these as gifts, the case containing the "5-piece" packages is a great alternative. We did that for the holidays last year.)

(More customer reviews)I love to try foreign candies and this one doesn't disappoint. It brings to mind those strawberry wrapper candies with the gel in the center. I forget the name since I've never seen them in a package. Although they are colorless they are quite flavorful. After a moment you'll reach the sweet jam like center which is just as good as the outer candy. Since I was trying these for the first time I didn't want to go with a 6 pack, but since I like them it's all well and good.
