You'll never buy plastic cans of frosting again and there would be no need to make your own. During a recent catered party, my caterer/friend found KC frosting in my pantry and used it as a substitute for some chocolate ingredient she forgot to pack with her supplies. She couldn't believe she didn't know about the product, and thought it was the best ready made frosting she'd come across (a no-no in her world).
