(More customer reviews)This is a review of KuchenMeister's 'Finest Deep Dark Gingerbread Cake'. For a few years I found it at Trader joe's grocery store at Christmas time, and we bought two boxes at every visit. It was truly a seasonal delight! The last time we saw it at Trader Joes' we bought 6 more loaves to get us through Spring, and put them away. That was 3 years ago. Today, in January 2010, we decided to open a box because we just hadn't been able to find them at all for two Christmases. We figured they would be stale or rotten. NOT AT ALL! Moist and spicy and fragrantly sweet still, after a few years in the cupboard. I highly recommend this cake, and will order a dozen more loaves as soon it's available!
