(More customer reviews)i am not ordinarily a fan of mint/chocolate combos, which usually are toothpasty hideously-refreshing mint in cheap-&-common somehow-simultaneously-waxy-&-gooey milk chocolate. i also dislike rosemary in many of the places it crops up - woodenly weeding up an otherwise lovely savory, for example.
here we have the marvelous exception with rosemary being the ingredient that pleasantly sneaks up on you. the chocolate is rich & on the dry side; the mint is more like the mellow mint that volunteers around outdoor faucets; the rosemary is pitch perfect.
