There are a some standard flavors- milk, orange and very dark but there are also some that may be rather exotic- cumin was my favorite! Of course it can't have every wonderful variety, such as the ginger- Dolfin Dark Chocolate Bar with Fresh Ginger-70g or almond- Dolfin Milk Chocolate Bar with Grilled Almonds-70g, 2 very high on my list. I shared this with another person and we enjoyed the set a few squares at a time- the tastes are so different and dramatic. If you haven't tried Dolfin before this is a perfect way to find a new favorite or two and discover this beautiful chocolate. I will purchase the set again- it is a special treat to share with dear friends.
