This incorporates that delicately chewy-soft texture and richly sweet flavor with the distinct, yet not-overwhelming spiciness of ginger. This can be an elegant dessert confection or a fabulous sweet "indulgence". The nice thing is that it is so satisfying, you will probably eat only one or two pieces; at a time. Absolutely delicious!
