These pieces are just so good and easy to handle. Remember when the pattie would melt in you hand? When you grab a few pieces with your hand they don't start melting and making a mess. A few in your mouth and they just taste great and you don't feel the need to eat the whole bag. A few here and there so the bag actually lasts for a good period of time with the pieces staying fresh too.
