(More customer reviews)This bar is for the pure cacao aficionado. If you like to taste the subtle nuances of flavor in your chocolate bar, look no further. This is by far the best chocolate I have ever eaten. Too bad there's not much of a discount on Amazon, or I would be buying it regularly online instead of from the grocery store.
I have tried Lindt 85% (pretty low quality), Ghirardelli 86% (also low quality), Endangered Species 88% (pretty good), Dagoba 87% (excellent), Taza Stone Ground 80% (I got a batch where it tasted like they burnt the beans, but supposedly it's good), Green & Black's 85% (pretty good), Côte d'Or (low quality), and Hershey's (rubbish).
