I tried the candy and it gave me enough energy without any stress, or "caffeine type" feelings, but a mild energy boost, better than any ginseng I've tried. I felt energized and did what I had to do without any feeling of tiredeness or any other side effects. I love this candy and also recommend the tea as this is also good, having tried it before and it will give you the stamina and energy for any job you have to do, with no "sugar downs" or feeling of lethargy afterwards.
