(More customer reviews)I give it 4 stars because they are exactly what they say they are. But I didn't love these. Waaaay too sour for me and I found it difficult to find anyone who would take them off my hands because of hte same reason. Ended up just leaving them at my job kitchen area and eventually someone snatched them up.

Pop rocks 48 pack xtreme is like other hard candy and the ingredients include sugar, lactose (milk sugar) corn syrup and flavoring. But Pop rocks are processed with carbon dioxide. The ingredients are heated together and boiled. The hot sugar mixture is mixed with carbon dioxide gas at about 600 PSI. The carbon dioxide gas forms tiny, 600 PSI bubbles in the candy.
