(More customer reviews)Found this at Cracker Barrel. My mom made Divinity for Christmas every year...can't tell you how many mixers she burnt up doing it. I'm a serious divinity snob. I found the taste of this was excellent, pretty close to perfect to mom's. I'd give the taste a 9 out of 10. The divinity was very fresh tasting. Freshness would again be a 9. Very nice amount to the package, plenty to share for 2-3 friends. Good divinity is one of those "less is more" kind of deals, doesn't take much to satisfy and too much will definitely ruin the experience. Product amount is a definite 10. The divinity mom made was like putting a cloud in your mouth and melted in a perfect amount of time. Unfortunately I found this divinity a little on the heavy side, not thick just heavy. Texture drops to a 7. Aftertaste was still very pleasant and lingered well. I also would prefer more pecans blended in. Overall I would give this a score of 9. Definitely worth buying, but I'll keep searching.
