(More customer reviews)I tried one of these just the other day, and I have to say that the experience was FAR below my expectations. I mean, it was OK, but just OK. There was fudge in the middle and a peanut butter nugat, but it lacked the sense of satisfaction I get when I set an original recipe Snickers bar Snickers Candy Bar, 2.07 Ounce Package (Pack of 48).
I found the filling to be only so-so, and I LIKE fudge, but this bar just didn't come through for me! Maybe it was the lack of nuts, or maybe I missed the caramel from original Snickers, I don't know. But the fudge didn'te really melt in my mouth, even though I wanted it to!
Maybe your experience will be different than mine, but I'll be headed back to the original Snickers Bars from now on. But as for me, this is a distant second to the Snickers candy bar we all know and love.
On the other hand, this may be just the candy bar you are looking for, but I'd recommend that you track down one or two of these in your local store before you start buying them by the case.
