It's rare these days to find a company not loading everything up with high-fructose corn syrup. They use genuine french recipes and cook in small batches... and you can tell.

The candies are made following the traditional French method. They come in two flavors: the classic Salted Butter taste (France's favorite!) and Chocolate (for the undecided between chocolate and caramel).
