(More customer reviews)This product is a light brown sugar which has been processed so that it doesn't clump. I love using brown sugar, but it is a pain to keep it from clumping. You can use it successfully for baking, although I prefer a darker brown for that, but this sugar is the best thing for oatmeal. It pours nicely, however old it is, and because it is tiny beads, you don't get those stray little shreds of brown sugar which are so annoying when spooning regular brown sugar out of its container.
Our local stores have all of a sudden stopped carrying brownulated, so I am very happy to have found it through Amazon, albeit from a third-party shipper.
