(More customer reviews)I have been eating these for about ten years now. My son who is now 14 LOVED these as a little guy. I felt very good about indulging him with them as they are not super sugary, not as processed as many bars, a good vegetarian source of protein and we love the chewy nutty seedy flavor. There are a lot of whole nuts and seeds in these, they are not all ground up and filled with flour like so many bars out there, you will really be getting a whole food. Try all the flavors you can to see which you like best. Also these are vegan and gluten free for those who can't eat wheat.
I know the people who own this company and I can attest that they strive very hard to be environmentally responsible, use alternate energy sources, take care of their employees and manufacture right here in the USA (Spokane,WA). Sometimes I think what we buy can almost be more important than our vote and choosing to support companies like this who are ethical plus have a great product and to not buy from companies with a poor track record of human and environmental violations can really make a positive change not only in our country but around the world!
