(More customer reviews)Though I have tried many kinds of jerky - and even made my own deer jerky - I was not familiar with this type of dried bear meat. I must say I was quite surprised with the fruitiness of the product, though I shouldn't have been considering the omnivorous nature of the bear.
Overall, a bit chewier than you would expect from a dried meat product. I would cautiously recommend it.
