(More customer reviews)Jelly Flops are about half the price of first quality Jelly Belly beans. Almost all of the Jelly Flops are edible and generally they taste the same as their premiun counterparts. There are some factors to consider:
1) There are a lot of the same flavors and none of others. For example, in one bag, there can be more than 25% of a single flavor.
2) The predmoninant flavors vary from bag to bag but there always seems to be a lot of red, green and purples.
2) Most flops simply don't have the JB logo imprinted. The remainder consists primarily of 'doubles' and a few 'triples'. JB must reject anything larger than 3 beans since I've only rarely found these.
4) Almost all of the beans are the most basic flavors. There are virtually no special flavors, including: tropicals, alchohol, cinnamon, licorice and all mints.
