(More customer reviews)Reviewing an established candy treat such as Peanut Chews Originals seems unnecessary, but I purchased 12 5-ounce bags recently and Amazon wants a review. Now this candy has been around for decades and so have I, but since I first tasted it as a kid in the 1950s, it's been a favorite. And I've always consumed it slowly -- I'd pop one of those chocolate covered sections into my mouth and make it last. First the chocolate melts away, then the caramel slowly dissolves away to reveal chunks of peanuts to be chewed right at the end. They are meant to be savored slowly. If you've only chewed and swallowed these candies, you've missed a lot.
