Its now $23.38 for the same size and Whenever you see a price like $11.81, buy it b/c you will never know when the sale will return. Just catch a bargain that you see on Amazon. If you see that, get it. It may not cost the same in the future. So don't miss the drastic low costs! Buy it before its gone!
