(More customer reviews)Currently on the Weight Watchers diet. Needed sweet, portable item to take with me that stops the craving. Tried so many others I can't even list them all. This is by far my favorite. Not too strong. The mint is definitely wintergreen, not peppermint or spearmint.
Each box contains a LOT of mints - compared to other mints its reasonable priced - a box lasts for about a week in my desk at work...depends on how often you eat one. Probably something like 100+ mints per box (smaller than a dime size, but not tiny).
Mint NOT filling or anything, just helps with giving you something in your mouth (if you don't chew / bit it, it could last for 15 minutes) and sweet tasting. Flavor lasts after mint for ~10 minutes.
