(More customer reviews)I ordered this item on 12/15/09 and did not recieve it until 12/29/09 this was susposed to be a Christmas gift. When I contact ABC first they passsed the buck & blamed the post office then they blamed Amazon then they tried to blame me and say I had buyers remorse!
How can I have buyers remorse when I was still needing the item, I just haden't gotten it! They refused to look into the matter & were extremely rude about it!!! I will never do business with this company again and don't suggest anyone else do either!!!
They were so condisending and disrespectful it was disgusting! They had every oportunity to post on the item that they ship super slow that takes 18 business days but they did not! It was not until after my third e-mail that they admitted they ship with 18 business days. Had I been given all of the information to make an informed decision I could have paid for faster shipping or purchased from another retailer that would ship 3 to 5 business days.
ABC made NO attempt what so ever to satisfy a very frusterated customer!!!
