(More customer reviews)The FuzziBunz one sized diapers are a bit smaller than the medium FuzziBunz. I'm not sure how they'd fit a truly large sized baby. I like the replaceable elastic and the snaps but my daughter is currently in a medium FuzziBunz and I am sure she will outgrow this one size fits all diaper when she outgrows her mediums. If you think you need a large FuzziBunz order a large. We use them for overnight with several liners (3) in the pocket and I think a large would have been the better choice for us.
